Update

Well I managed to bring my weight down a little - 235 last I measured, plus some size off the waist. Honestly the weight doesn't matter a whole lot in the measurement game, since I am going to be taped anyway... it would just be easier to run without an additional (and useless) 10 - 20 pounds to carry.

I haven't been using Gymtechnik very much lately - it got me started on some good routines but most of the time the workouts seem to be a little mixed up and out of order, plus they call for exercises I can't do (for lack of proper equipment, such as a leg press machine).

My left calf is healed up and I can run without issue now. I'm not sure if I will run today or hit the elliptical.
